The Visa Office receives visa requests only by appointment from Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 12.30pm.

Visa applications must always and only be submitted in person. The Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong does not authorize third parties or intermediary agencies to submit visa applications.

The visa can be collected by the interested party upon presentation of the payment receipt on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm.申请人可于周一、周三和周五下午 2:30 至 3:30 凭付款收据领取已签发的签证。It is advisable to submit the visa application well in advance before the departure date. 建议在出发日期之前充分提前提交签证申请。

PLEASE NOTE THAT: Holders of HKSAR (issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) and MSAR (issued by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region) passports are exempt from the visa requirement for entry into the Schengen area for stays lasting no more than 3 months. Also BNO passport holders do not need an entry visa to the Schengen area for stays lasting no more than 3 months. 请注意：持有香港特别行政区护照（由香港特别行政区政府签发）和澳门特别行政区护照（由澳门特别行政区政府签发）的人士，可豁免签证进入申根区并长期逗留不超过3个月。BNO 护照持有者，在申根区停留不超过 3 个月也不需要入境签证。
